Completed across two stages in 2024 and 2025, the transformation of 13 Glen Road, Roseville is a testament to what thoughtful, unhurried renovation can achieve. Rather than a single disruptive overhaul, the owners chose to work with iConstruct across carefully planned stages — allowing the home to evolve while remaining liveable, and ensuring every detail was given the attention it deserved.

Stage One reshaped the home on the ground floor. A main bathroom renovation, structural wall removal , new walk-in robe, Velux skylights, new engineered flooring and new double glazed windows transformed the day-to-day feel of the home entirely. The scope also included a new entrance door with custom glazing with external paving and landscape dramatically improving the first impression of the home — all completed and handed over in 2024.

Stage Two, delivered in 2025, took the project further still. A lower ground floor transformation included a new bathroom, laundry and toilet, new hardwood timber staircase, extensive microcement and venetian plaster work with Tasmanian Oak wave profile timber feature walls. Steel beams and posts were installed to allow for big sliding doors creating the inside to outside flow that never existed before. An Underdeck roof system was installed to the outdoor entertaining deck area, creating a weatherproof space that dramatically extends how the home is used across the seasons.

Across both stages, the result is a home that feels entirely reimagined — refined finishes, better light, a more intelligent layout, and a quality of craft that rewards closer inspection. Every trade was coordinated tightly, every finish checked, and every detail treated, from start to finish, as if it were our own.
