Completed in 2017, the residence at 9 Surfview Road, Mona Vale is one of iConstruct’s most celebrated early builds — a complete knockdown rebuild on one of Sydney’s most sought-after waterfront streets. Designed in collaboration with architect Daniel Raymond, the project set out to replace a dated dwelling with a home worthy of its extraordinary setting: generous in proportion, refined in every detail, and crafted to stand the test of time.
