The outdoor deck — the home’s only access point before works began — was also completely rebuilt. New bearers, joists, and deck boards were installed to ensure the structure was safe, compliant, and engineered to last. The result is an outdoor entertaining area that confidently extends the home’s living space and makes the most of everything this Central Coast location has to offer.
